Sharon Cheshire

Sharon J. Cheshire, 72, of Crystal River, Fla., passed away under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Citrus County in Lecanto, FL on February 15, 2016.

Sharon was born to Maxine and Gerard McManamy on July 10, 1943 in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. Sharon was a LPN and retired from Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton. She retired to Trion, GA for 20 years and then moved to Crystal River in 2012. Sharon was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband “Buddy” Cheshire. Survivors include her sister, Dearden (Tom) Ewing of Albertville, AL; two brothers, Daniel (Debbie) McManamy of Crystal River, FL and William McManamy of Trion, GA; two children, Kristi Cheshire of Crystal River, FL and Casey Cheshire of Adell, GA and three grandchildren. Sharon will be interred with her husband in Wildwood, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Citrus County, Lecanto, FL.
