Richard Torres-Nieves, 69, of Homosassa, Fla., passed away on September 20, 2025, at Tampa General Hospital in Crystal River, Fla. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, September 27, at 11:00AM at the Lions Club of Homosassa. Arrangements by McGan Cremation Service LLC, Inverness, FL.
