Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on Jan 23, 1977 to Joyce Hannon (Jeff Fowler) and the late Randy Steadman (Cathy). Heath is survived by his son Ethan of Warren, OR and sister Pamela Turner of Spartanburg, SC.
