Mary Ann Merrill

Mary Ann Merrill, 86, of Florida, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2025 surrounded by family. Born on January 3, 1939, New York, Mary Ann lived a life defined by love, faith and kindness. A devoted wife, mother and friend. She married the love of her life, Gene Merrill and together they joined families with their 3 beloved children. Together they shared many years of love, laughter, understanding and family devotion. Those who knew Mary Ann will remember her as a woman of true kindness, generosity, sincerity and compassion. Always ready to help others, with comforting words. She never judged and always loved everyone with gentle soul. Mary Ann is survived by her 3 children, Vito Scarangella, Darren Merrill and Josephine Palma; her grandchildren, Maria Scarangella-Valdez, Jennie Walley, Tony Merrill and Louis Palma; and her 9 great grandchildren. She will be forever loved and missed dearly.
