James Louis Scarano

James Louis Scarano – January 25th, 1950 – September 12th, 2018 – has been called home. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Gloria, sister, Donna Amaturo, children James Paul, Jennifer, Christine, Peter, Laura, and nine grandchildren. He was born and raised in the neighborhood of New Brighton, on Staten Island, New York, and attended St. Paul's Elementary school and Curtis High School. 
He was a resident of Citrus County since 1988. He proudly served his nation in the US Army in Vietnam ('67-'69), and will be buried with his battle brothers in the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
