Originally from upstate New York, Florida has been his home since the '70s except for a few years spent in Pennsylvania and Nashville. He produced 2 albums, one in the '60s and one in the '90s with the most notable songs being "Follow" and "Guess I'll Pack My Things" both released in the '60s.
