George Harold Applegate

George H. Applegate,75, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2015 at home after a short illness. Born Jan. 31, 1940 in Lisbon, OH, he was the son of the late Harold and Florence (Cheney) Applegate. He was also preceded by a brother, Arthur. George had been a OTR Professional Driver for 50 years last working for Fillmore Freight Lines in East Liverpool, OH. Surviving is his wife, Donna (Cain-Dusock) Applegate, children: Kimberly Hohmann, Timothy Applegate, Keith Applegate, Adam Shield, daughter-in-law, Heather Applegate Karamas all of Ohio; sister, Rhoda (Thomas) Powers of Lisbon, OH and 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Per his request he will be cremated.
