Ellen Marie Franzwa

Ellen Marie Franzwa Riggs, 67, a long time resident of Crystal River passed away Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at Hospice of Citrus County after a long, hard fight with cancer. She was the daughter of Norman and Ester Simonson.

After graduating high school she married the late James Neil Franzwa. They had three children, Tammy Elder of Montana, Terry Franzwa of Arizona, and Tracy Franzwa of Florida.

Ellen and Ray Riggs were married July 16, 2008, making their home in Crystal River Florida. Ellen was a sponsor, donator and proud member of many charities and organizations in the community. A member of the VFW and the Eagles here in Crystal River. A great mother and grandmother of three children, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Ellen “Tootles” will be loved and missed by many and loved by all. May you rest in peace
