Charles lived in Crystal River, Florida with his wife Ruthie Cass. Charles had two sisters Leesa & Lesley. He had 5 children Teresa, James, Charles, Chris & Tracey, and had 5 Grandchildren Draven, Bradley, Isabelle, Troy and Star. He had 1 Great Granddaughter Olivia, and his 2 Nieces Corrine & Danielle. He will be missed by us all.
